Reef & Wreck Trips

Take a dip to the fascinating world of sunken shipwrecks and the only living coral barrier reef in North America.

Beginning and advanced divers alike will be captivated by the marine life surrounding the third largest reef in the world and intriguing, history-laden shallow water shipwrecks.

You’ll see everything from tiny tropical fish, barracuda, goliath grouper and large, green sea turtles swimming and exploring alongside you.

We’ll put you in calmest, clearest areas for viewing interesting underwater structures and for the best snorkeling experience possible.

Coral & Sponge Gardens

Ever since the early 1800s, when thriving sponge beds were discovered in the remote, backcountry waters of the Florida Keys to drive a lucrative commercial industry, underwater explorers have encountered a diverse range of wildlife surrounding these communities. Find out why sea stars, sea horses, conch shells, and octopus are drawn to them, and get up close and personal with hogfish, eels, giant puffer fish, and Florida spiny lobster with our boats’ unusual access to secluded coral gardens.

To learn more about protecting and conserving these natural treasures, visit our friends at the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary and the independent nonprofit Mote Marine Laboratory.

Snorkeling

Whether you’re an avid underwater photographer or a first-time snorkeler, you’ll love our excursions to varied and colorful marine communities. With our quality snorkels, masks and fins, you’ll be free to focus on exploring destinations like coral reefs and sunken shipwrecks.

Keep your eyes open for stingrays gliding away from you in graceful, undulating ripples, sea cucumbers, sea stars, flowering underwater plants, giant sea turtles, octopus, and all manner of ocean wildlife.

Take your time and enjoy the silence of the ever-surprising underwater world of the Florida Keys.

Paddleboarding

Navigate the inner channels, wrecks, flats, beaches and mangrove islands of the Florida Keys backcountry. If you’re new to paddleboarding or SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding), you will be pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to pick up.

Common sightings include cormorants, pelicans, ospreys, loggerhead turtles, sharks and stingrays, just to name a few. Paddleboarding though the clear, calm, biodiversity of the mangroves is a mellow and eye-opening adventure.

Diverse Wildlife Encounters

Whether you want to simply enjoy the sun and fresh air, get your feet wet, and relax, or treat yourself to an educational field study in tropical marine biology, we’ve got you covered with as little or as much instruction as you’d like. Wade in the shallows or walk and collect seashells strewn across the beach by tides, watch the dolphins play or observe the nesting osprey, if that’s what you’re in the mood for.

On our adventures, children and adults have plenty of opportunity to learn about the interrelationships between flora and fauna inhabiting the Florida Keys. By the end of your trip, you might even be able to identify some of your favorite new plants and animals.

Private Island Excursions

Peaceful and devoid of strangers’ voices. Natural, untouched beauty where the horizon merges with endless skies.

Families with little ones can enjoy the unplugged simplicity of wandering through tidal pools discovering fish, crabs, urchins, snails, and algae underfoot.

Couples wanting a romantic getaway can escape to protected beaches with fine white sand and coral-fringed shores, where they might be joined by an exotic bird resting on a branch, hanging its wings out to dry.

Linger until dusk, take deep breaths, and truly relax as you watch the setting sun reflect on an expanse of glassy water… and know that wherever you go, you can carry that feeling with you.
